Our classes take you on a journey of eating fresh, non-processed foods that are not just healthy but taste delicious. By eliminating foods that irritate the digestive system, cause inflammation, allergy flare-ups, and disease in the body, you can experience wellness on a cellular level. Learning how, but more importantly experiencing how to take the steps is what is needed to help instill self-confidence in a person as they put these things into practice. The now empowered individual is now the driving force that assists the body as it heals thru food.
Providing an alternative to wellness for people who want to live a more holistic lifestyle is one of our core values. Opening one’s eyes to the variety of options that whole-non-processed foods provides, is key to those who want to transition to a more holistic and integrative approach to wellness. Through interactive cooking classes, tastings, and demos on nutrition, we are able to reach the community more effectively. Doing this in person guides them as they take a look into what these new habits not only look like but taste like. Once they leave our retreat, the empowered individual puts these tools into practice regularly. By identifying these and other holistic therapies, stress is relieved bringing more healing to the body.
